Two That Run While You Sleep

/search-tenders

Searches the sources you switch on: the open web and newspaper adverts, MyProcurement and ePerolehan, JKR, state governments and agencies, ports and marine authorities, utilities and GLCs, developers and private employers, and CIDB. You can add your own sites.

Filters cover 16 states, CIDB grade G1 to G7 with codes, Bumiputera status, value range, days before closing and words to skip. Each tender comes with why it matches, and public documents are downloaded and filed.

Daily 07:00

/market-prices

Checks public sources for the construction material prices your organisation monitors and records them in Pricing Database > Market, with current and previous price, source, location and date. The server computes the change.

Your own quotes and organisation rates still come first when a rate is built.

Prepare-bid interview and live stages: rebuilt from the live product on a sample bid. Figures are examples; the arithmetic is exact.

/prepare-bid Starts with a Short Interview

After the quick scan, it asks 5 to 14 questions. Each has a recommended answer already picked, and Use the Recommendations accepts them all.

  • Reuse a similar bid's rates, concrete and rebar only, or price fresh
  • Current quarter or next quarter escalated prices
  • Rebar level: mill or delivered, CIDB average, or your supplier quote
  • Measurement standard, OH&P, formwork system, site access and working week
  • A skipped question becomes an issue stating the assumption made

Three Ways To Run It

Generate

The full run. The bid moves through live stages: Files Received, Quick Scan, Your Answers, Reading Documents, Drawing Takeoff, Pricing, Issues, Programme and Resources, Quality HSE and Method, then Bid Ready with the RM total.

Changes Go Through a Plan You Approve

Both update skills follow the same pattern: plan, confirm, apply.

/update-pricing-database

Attach supplier quotations. The AI reads them and shows every price for you to confirm. Only the prices you approve are recorded.

Plan

Every price read from the quote.

Confirm

You approve or drop lines.

Apply

Approved prices saved, nothing overwritten.

Only console administrators and named pricing editors can change the database.

Under the Hood

Engines

Claude Bridge models run first, then your organisation's own models. The AI reads, measures, judges prices and drafts. The server parses the BQ, computes totals, runs checks, schedules the programme, scores risk and builds every Excel, Word and PowerPoint file.

Headless Start from the Desktop

/prepare-bid can start headless from the Desktop app with a signed request that expires after 2 minutes.

Lessons

Saved from each bid and applied on later runs.

Answers Reused

The same BQ answered before is not asked again.

AI Skills Questions

What is an AI skill?
A slash command you type in the AI Agent, such as /prepare-bid. Each skill runs a defined job: finding tenders, checking market prices, preparing a bid, applying an addendum or recording supplier quotes.
Do the skills send anything on their own?
No. People approve, and the AI never sends on its own. RFQs are never emailed to suppliers by the system, and plans from /update-bid and /update-pricing-database are applied only after you confirm.
Which ones run on a schedule?
/search-tenders runs daily at 07:00 Asia/Kuala_Lumpur, and can be set to daily, weekdays or weekly. /market-prices runs weekly at 08:00, set in Monitor Settings.
Which AI models are used?
Claude Bridge models first, then your organisation's own models. The server does all deterministic work: BQ parsing, totals, checks, scheduling, risk scoring and every Excel, Word and PowerPoint file.
What happens if a run stalls?
A bid with no file written for 3 hours is marked Needs Attention. The other statuses are In Queue, Analyzing and Completed.
Does it learn from my corrections?
Lessons from a bid are saved and applied on later runs. Answers to the same BQ are reused, so you are not asked twice.
