The Programme, Calculated Not Drawn

The AI proposes logic and durations. The server does the scheduling maths, so float and the critical path are always correct.

Resources Planned Week by Week

Labour and plant per activity become the numbers your site team and your bank ask about.

  • Manpower and plant histograms on the busiest day of each week or month
  • Manpower and plant schedules with peak numbers and on-site dates
  • Materials call-off with needed-from and order-by dates for 10 to 25 key materials
  • Project organisation chart and key personnel with qualifications
  • Cost per line: number x working days x rate per working day

Programme and Resources Questions

How is the tender programme calculated?
The Planner role writes 30 to 150 activities with durations and links. The server then runs the critical path method on a working-day calendar that includes Malaysian public holidays, with FS, SS, FF and SF links, lags and not-before dates. It calculates total and free float, the critical path, milestone targets and the finish against contract completion.
What if the programme finishes late?
The Planner must shorten the critical path honestly, for example with a faster formwork cycle or more resources, or raise a high-severity issue that tells you the completion date cannot be met as tendered.
Can I open the programme in Microsoft Project?
Yes. It exports as MS Project XML (MSPDI), and as an Excel Preliminary Tender Programme with a Gantt chart, critical path, milestones, and manpower and plant shown under the bars.
Where do resource rates come from?
From your own Manpower and Machinery libraries, up to 2,000 entries each, with rates per hour, day, week or month and the source: direct hire, subcontract or labour agency for people, owned or hired for plant. The rate is frozen on the bid line, and Use Library Rate is offered when your library rate changes.
