The Tender Pack, Downloaded, Filed And Actually Read
Documents fetched and filed automatically, then every drawing read page by page with nothing guessed.

Downloaded Before You Open the Tender
When /search-tenders finds a tender, the server downloads each public document and files it in your Knowledge Base.
Maximum documents downloaded per tender
Maximum size per file
Download attempts before a document is kept as a link
Notice, Tender Document, BQ, Drawings, Specification, Addendum, Form, Document
Checked, Filed And Honest About Gaps
- The real file type is checked, so a web page dressed up as a PDF is rejected
- Filed under Knowledge Base > Public > Tenders > the tender title
- Documents behind a login, sold documents and web-only notices are kept as a link with the reason
- A ZIP of the documents for selected tenders, plus an Opportunities Excel export
- Folder rights decide who can see the files

From Folder to Bid with /prepare-bid
Attach the Folder
Attach Knowledge Base folders or files to an AI Agent task and type /prepare-bid.
Tidy the Files
It offers to create Public > Bids > your project and move the files there. This is the recommended choice.
Quick Scan
A server scan with no AI, finished before the interview starts.
Outputs Filed
Results go in an Ai Generated subfolder, RFQs in an RFQs folder.
What the Quick Scan Finds in Seconds
Deterministic checks by the server, not AI guesses.
Blank BQ Parsed
Reads a blank BQ in .xlsx using the Malaysian SMM2 layout and counts the items. Flags amount formulas that point at the wrong column, and later asks whether to rewrite them.
Similar Past Bids
Up to 3 of your earlier bids that look alike.
Drawings Listed
And a flag when no section drawing is found.
Grades and Systems
Concrete grades detected, Mivan or shear wall construction flagged.
Provisional Sums
Provisional and PC sums picked out for the interview.
Drawing takeoff and quantity check screens: rebuilt from the live product on a sample bid. Figures are examples; the arithmetic is exact.
Every Drawing Read, Nothing Invented
The Structural Engineer role reads each drawing page by page with vision, then again as a 3 by 3 grid of close-up tiles from r1c1 to r3c3. There is no OCR step, and CAD vectors can be measured.
The rule is written into the role: never guess an unreadable value. A figure that cannot be read becomes an open question, not a number in the bill.
One Note per Drawing, Nine Sections
Quantities in the bill link back to the cell of the note they came from.
Summary
What the drawing shows and why it matters to the price.
Title-Block Facts
Drawing number, revision and other title-block details.
Levels Covered
Which floors or levels the sheet applies to.
Element Schedule
Columns, beams, slabs or walls listed with their properties.
Key Dimensions
The measurements a take-off depends on.
Notes and Tables
General notes and tables printed on the sheet.
Interpretation and Assumptions
What was inferred, stated openly.
Open Questions
Values that could not be read or confirmed.
Revision Log
Changes when a revised drawing arrives.
Two files sit alongside the notes: drawing_register.md lists every drawing read, and missing_info.md lists what the pack does not tell you. Every document issue the team raises cites the document, page, clause and a quote under 40 words.
Measurement Standards Detected
The AI detects the standard, places items in their work section and flags unit mismatches. Your interview answer overrides it.
| Standard | Scope |
|---|---|
| SMM2 | Malaysian building works, 2nd edition 2000, sections A to W |
| SMM3 | RISM, July 2025, with CIDB and the Ministry of Works; 29 sections, adds IBS, MEP and BIM |
| CESMM2 | ICE 1985 civil engineering, classes A to Y |
| MyCESMM | CIDB civil engineering method of measurement |
| NRM2 | RICS detailed measurement for building works |
