A Priced BQ Where Every Rate Shows Its Working
Material, labour and plant build-up, independent take-off and a confidence score on every item, linked back to the drawing.

Price, Justify, Check, Re-Price
The Bid Details editor works like Excel beside an AI chat. These are its real screens on a sample bid.

Bill of Quantities, rate justification, basic prices and quantity check: rebuilt from the live product on a sample bid. Figures are examples; the arithmetic is exact.
Confidence You Can Read at a Glance
Each parameter is scored by how it was obtained. The item takes its weakest score, so one guessed figure cannot hide behind good ones.
| How the Figure Was Obtained | Score |
|---|---|
| Measured from the drawing, or company policy | 90 |
| Inferred from the title block | 80 |
| Published price list or industry norm | 70 |
| Volatile price such as steel, or a derived figure | 60 |
| Extrapolated price or assumed geometry | 50 |
| Estimator judgement or unsupported assumption | 40 |
| Overridden by a person | 100 |

Benchmarks That Warn You
For high-rise residential frames, the QS role checks the result against typical ranges and raises an issue when the bid falls outside them.

Eight tabs hold the whole bid, with the AI chat beside it.

Item, ref, description, unit, quantity, rate, material, labour, plant, direct cost, amount, confidence, remark, issues and lock.
Documents

Overview
Totals, confidence mix and the Quantity Check against the drawings.
Programme
Critical path Gantt on a Malaysian working calendar.
Resources
Manpower and machinery from your library, costed per working day.

RFQs
Requests for quotation drafted from ticked BQ rows.
- Lock an item and it never changes, whatever the AI or a refresh does
- Right-click to insert or delete rows, search by item, ref, description or remark
- Select a cell and the AI suggests the four questions a QS would ask next
- Wrong-column amount formulas are rewritten to ROUND(Qty x Rate, 2) on export
- The source BQ file is never changed. Exports are always a copy
- Every save, with every row whose figures moved, goes to the audit log
