Contract Risk Questions

Which contract forms does it compare against?
PWD 203A, PAM 2018, CIDB 2022 and FIDIC. The Contracts role reads the Conditions of Contract clause by clause and flags every departure from the standard form with the clause, page and a short quote.
What does the contract review cover?
Liquidated damages, bonds, retention, insurances (CAR, public liability, workmen and professional indemnity), payment, fluctuation, extension of time and variations, claims and time bars, indemnities, design liability and the defects liability period. It also reviews risk-transfer wording in the preambles, provisional and PC sums, named products and drafts your qualifications and exclusions.
What are the six issue registers?
Technical, Commercial, Contract, Clarifications, QA/QC and HSE. Each issue has a severity, a type (risk, action, question, qualification or note), who to ask (you, the consultant, the client or a supplier), the document reference, the proposed action and the BQ items it affects.
Can my team discuss issues in the system?
Yes. Every BQ cell and every issue has a thread. Anyone who can view the bid can comment, so reviewers do not need edit rights. Messages appear for everyone within seconds, can carry up to 10 files of 25 MB each, and the AI reads replies and closes an issue with its resolution.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes, an append-only log. It records every save with every row whose figures moved and the new tender total, every AI edit and team run, every issue event, RFQ, Pricing Database save and export, and who opened the bid.
